There are four ways to enter the contest:

1. Fill out the on-line form on this page.

2. Down load excel file and e-mail back to: howie@howieandmyra.com. (right click here to download excel file)

3. Down load pdf file and mail back to Howie; the address is on the file. (right click here to download pdf file)

4. Show up on Howie & Myra's door step and say,

"I hate computers. I hate the internet. P-L-E-A-S-E give me a paper form that I can fill out right here."

* Instructions for online form: Please fill in the the blanks on the form. The total points for the Packers and opponents will be calculated automatically at a later time. If you would like to select some other total score, please put that in the comment box at the bottom. Then select the submit button. After Howie has a chance to review your picks, he will send you an e-mail verifying that your submission was successful, this is done manually so it may take a day to get back to you. To ensure that you are included in the contest, do not wait until the last minute to enter.

If after reading the rules, you feel that you are required to submit the entrance fee, follow these steps.

 

1. Make sure you have made all your selections above correctly.

2. Take any denomination of currency and hold it flat against your computer screen.

3. Select the "Submit" button below.

4. The correct amount of money will be transferred, and your change will appear on your computer screen.

(This is a very sophisticated money transfer program. It works very fast and even works with foreign currency.)
